Hey,

Hope you can help me. The Keyboard step doesn't work properly in Illustrator. Everytime when I try to rezise, drag or use my arrow keys...

The object is moving far too far than I have set in the settings.

What I did:

- Restarted Illustrator

- Restarted iMac (5K 2017)

- Updated Illustrator to CC 2019

- Command K en set it to 0,1 mm, 0,01 mm, 0,000036...

The strange thing is I have never changed the settings at all. Even when I open an older document, the keyboard step works fine!

Hope you know the answer!

Have you tried resetting the preferences?

How to set preferences in Illustrator

"Press and hold Alt+Control+Shift (Windows) or Option+Command+Shift (macOS) as you start Illustrator. You are prompted to delete the current settings. The new preferences files are created the next time you start Illustrator."
