Painted wood effect tutorial

Does anyone have a link to a tutorial on how to make this effect? I made this one months ago, following an online tutorial but now cannot remember for the life of me where i found it or how to do it.

Thanks for your response, but i should have said that i done it in illustrator. As it is the only adobe

program i have.

You need a photo of a piece of wood.

Then overlay the artwork by reducing its opacity.
