    change image colour

      At http://www.fraserburghbaptist.co.uk/images/church.png

The picture has a canvas colour of #990000.

The church layer has a transparent background with black outlines.

My question is - How do I change the outline colour to white to make it stand out better against the background color?

      Thanks in advance,

add color , simple as that

1.) try using the pen tool and draw the area in the background , and some parts in the insides of the church , the windows , the people walking by ,

2.) or use try cropping the the background color using the magic wand tool

3.) after both areas have been separated, you just simple add a live effect, hue / saturation , or curves, anything that tickles your fancy
