it works smoothly actually. Are you still having the problem? Did you try updating it recently because it should work without any bumps for ya from this version. -

in_process Oct 1, 2008 7:52 AM (in response to Hoppie)Which version of Device Central are you using? 1.0 or 1.1?
Maybe an update to version 1.1 can solve your problem. You can start the Device Central update within every Adobe product or simply download the update installer at http://www.adobe.com/support/devicecentral/downloads.html
If that does not solve your problem it would be great if you could provide more information (e.g. Did Device Central work before?, Which Adobe products are also installed on your system, ...)
You can also contact me directly if you want. -

in_process Oct 13, 2008 1:27 AM (in response to Hoppie)You can try to delete all Device Central related configuration files which could be corrupted.
You can find them on Windows at [Drive]:\Documents and Settings\[username]\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\Adobe Device Central CS3 and on Mac at /Users/[username]/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe Device Central CS3.
If this will not fix your problem I would highly suggest to contact Adobe's support directly.
