Error when Safari opens help window

Hi, we receive the following error when Safari opens the online help documentation that we provide, via RoboHelp.
"Due to the presence of characters known to be used in Cross Site Scripting attacks, access is forbidden. This web site does not allow Urls which might include embedded HTML tags."
Hosted on Windows 2003. RoboHelp v5.
Any work arounds discovered? Could we be using problematic characters in the content of our documentation?

Hello Nathan -

You need to reset browser security levels to allow your URL ("trusted" in the Windows world).
