Hello,
Yesterday I made the installation of the Illustrator application from Creative cloud, but at the time of opening the application, it asks me again to make the sign in with the user of ADOBE ID, at the moment of placing it he tries to connect and after a moment he returns to request the sign in. if I give cancel or close this popup the app with it is closed.
Check the internet configuration, restart the Credential Manager service, uninstall and install the latest version of the "Creative Cloud" application but continue with the problem

Hi Gisell,

What OS are you on? Do you have the latest Adobe Cloud app up and running, without any error?

Hi Gisel,

Thanks for reaching out. I understand that Illustrator is asking you to sign in repeatedly. This might be possible due to some licensing error.

Please try the steps shared here: Adobe Creative Cloud signs you out or asks you to sign in repeatedly and let us know if that helps.

Regards,

Srishti

Did you

Use the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool to solve installation problems

That does a thorough job of uninstalling to fix issues such as you are having. Gets the extra prefs files and OOBE cache.

As mentioned by Mike, please try the cleaner tool to uninstall and reinstall. If that doesn't help, please reach us at Contact Customer Care for a live troubleshooting session.
