I've seen this before when moving to a production environment where my main swf wasn't in the root folder of the web site, but the location bar was. Meaning, I had my app.swf in a folder called flash, along with the framework.swf/swz, but the page the flash file was embedded in was http://my.site.com/. The answer for me was to move the framework swf/swz down to the root folder of the site, and make any modules realtive to root as well.
