You probably don't have the latest flash player installed, which is what kuler requires to run. Did you try clicking through the Flash Player installation (from the kuler website) to see if that worked?
As for the kuler AIR app, that is a separate issue. To get that to work properly, make sure you first download the Adobe AIR runtime ( http://get.adobe.com/air/). You should then be able to properly install the kuler AIR app, and to run it.
Yeah, it's doing the same thing for me. Have the latest flash, still no go.

Hello, regarding the kuler website all-black screen issue, we had a similar issue that was caused by a client-side corrupted browser version, here's the thread and suggested fix.
Please try the uninstall procedure and also let us know your OS/browser and what happened. Sometimes members have luck with another browser, if you are looking for a workaround. Thanks for your patience!

Power Mac G5
Mac OSX 10.4.11
Safari v.3.1 (4525.13)
Neither Firefox nor Safari worked.

I followed the fix, uninstalled and reinstalled the Flash Plugin as recommended. It works now! Thanks!
