Yes I have the xtra in the Cross Platform Resources folder. I have had this working before it's just after the director upgrade the the problem has occured.

It could just be the web forum software being stupid, but what are those
strange characters doing in there? Have you edited the file with something
that's tried to write Unicode into it?
You don't need the Flash Asset Options xtra in a projector - it's only
for the cast member editing interface.
I don't know what the Mac name is (checking it in the Modify -> Movies
-> Xtras dialog might tell you), but try altering your xtrainfo file to:
[#namePPC:"E-mailExec Xtra", #nameW32:"E-mailExec.x32"]
Thanks for the Flash aset info, but still no joy with the Email exec!
You need to have the correct Mac name for it to be entered into your
xtrainfo.txt file (assuming it's the Mac version that isn't found).
What is its name in the dialog I directed you to earlier?
I have now sorted this. It was something to do with the format of the xtrainfo doc, I used a fresh one from anothe rmachine and it now works.
