While attempting to crop an image for a friend's website, I got the "scratch disk full" error

I proceeded to purge temp files through Edit>Purge>All and manually deleting files in my temp folder through windows explorer.

Afterwards, I went into Preferences to look at the Scratch Disk section and it says I have 61GB free

That's after closing everything and restarting. Attempted to continue working on my file thinking the scratch disk was no longer full (despite it ALWAYS saying I had 61GB left even before I cleared out the temps) but I'm still getting the same error. So, I'm at a loss. In case it's of benefit to whomever answers, here's a screenshot of the Performance settings in preferences

I should probably add that while it has been a few weeks since I last opened and worked on these files, everything was working fine the last time I had them open and literally nothing has been changed by me since then on the actual computer itself. No new programs, plugins, etc

Thanks in advance for your time and help. These files I'm working on are fairly time sensitive now so I'm hoping to resolve this problem soon

You have crop dimensions set to 980 x 390 inches, that's a 24 GB file.

I assume you want pixels, so change in to px.

You're probably getting inches because that the ruler is set to inches. Right click the ruler to change to pixels.
