I'm getting this insane issue with warp stabilizer being applied on one specific clip. These black artifacts line up perfectly with the most exposed parts of the clip. SO frustrating. I can't use this clip and stabilize it without this happening. It even happens if I make a brand new sequence from the clip and apply nothing but warp...

If it is just one clip export to intermediate format with lumetri applied.
Put that on the timeline and add WS.
See how that goes.
Please lower the resolution of your screenshot next time: it takes a long time to load.
I replaced them with lower res. screenshots.

True. Super annoying. Found another whole string of this error for people shooting with the XT3 as I am.

Warp was built for rescuing a clip, and is often used just generally on many. The shorter the section that Warp is applied to the better it works.
And it is a massive effect for computer resources ... even more than Lumetri. So quite frequently it isxwise to apply either Warp or Lumetri to a clip, nestvit, and apply the other.

Hey I had the same issue when filming with the XT3, so annoying... But I just found out that nesting the clips and then adding Warp worked out for me!

This should be fixed in the last build; 13.1.4.

Awesome! Hopefully, it doesn't resurface.
