This will only have effect on the file while run from within
in browser. It does not change the actual file size, it only
scale it while
If you want to change the size, you need to go to Movie
Properties CTRL J
and enter new value for the Width and Height. Take note,
changing stage will
not change the content accordingly, you will need to manually
from scratch. It is not an automated process.
