In debug mode, Firefox correctly renders the page. The
Firefox window and Flex window are partly overlapping. I click the
Flex header and the debug page shows correctly. I then inspect some
details in the Flex window and then click the header of the Firefox
window. The Firefox window does not redraw the part that was
covered by the Flex window and the browser will now not respond and
I have to force a closure to restart the browser.
It happens about 80% of the time, but not always. I am
keeping a record of what I do to try to define the fault more
clearly and will post more when I have more info.
If the Flex application is paused (because you've hit a
breakpoint in the debugger), there's no way for it to redraw
itself. Is that what you're seeing? If so, then telling the
debugger to continue (F8) or telling the debugger to stop the
execution altogether (with the big red stop button) will allow the
browser to continue.
