Not able to open page from Skinny on Skins file

Hi, I've tried several times to open the page (by Robowizard) that explains how to create a button (in webhelp, not flashhelp) which will add the homepage to the user's favorites, but it won't open. Is there something not working on the part of the "skinny on skins" file or is it something on my end? Thanks.

Do *ANY* pages open? If not, it's likely that you need to pat Windows on the head and tell it that the world will, in fact, NOT end if it shows you the page. Just right click the .CHM file and examine the properties. Click the "Unblock" button.
