    Feedback reports  for off-line help

      I don't know if we can use the .net or pro version of robohelp - our users may have a good enough connection, looking at developing off-line help. So, no reporting from X5 for that. Heard there is 3rd party software that will do the trick. Anyone have suggestions? Want to be able to collect info on what they use most and results of Captivate quizzes, etc. Link up with users several times a day thru scheduled process. thanks
