<cfoutput> covering the entire Page 2 posting </cfouput>

I starting working on a new project and they are using <cfouput> tag at the begging of the page and at the end
and using CFloop for to show data from the queries
is there any fenefits by doing this?

I can think of at least three disadvantages.

1. It's more work because you have to specify the row number in your loop.

2. It makes the cfoutput group attribute unavailable.

3. It will mess up cfmail.

thanks, I agree and I am glad I am the only one thinking is not the right way, I have never program that way i only use <CFoutput> when needed else just use HMTL. does anyone else have comments?
