    Layers in DW?

      I have been working in iWeb and found it really easy to import a picture and than import movie and put over part of picture. I guess you would call it layering. How do you do this in DW CS3? Where is the "Layer tool"? You can see sample of this by going to:

          Where are you getting stuck? You can add all the layers you want with
          DW.

          Some people in here will tell you that layers are horrible and you
          should use divs instead. Please know that a layer is actually a div.
          The real problem is that people think they can draw out divs and it
          will be okay, when it will likely be a mess because when you drag out
          a layer, it is absolutely positioned.

          Your page is okay because the layer... uh, 'sorry, div... is flexible
          and changes as the page is resized.

          Find the Insert Layer command in DW, build something, show us where
          you are stuck.
