I assume you do have the file in your folder but it is not loaded, am I
Try simple loadMovie-Code like one of this:
(note that you tried start.flv and start.swf, which one do you need?)
loads the movie start.swf at the Level 3. Try this first. In this case
"start.swf" is just placed on Top of your normal movie and stays there
loads the movie in the MC "rahmen_mc1" (which is replaced by the movie).
So here you must have a MC called "rahmen_mc1" visible on the frame
where your ActionScript is executed. When you don't have that MC
correctly named, it will not work. Also when jumping to a picture where
you do not have that MC, "start.swf" will disappear again.
Hope I understood right and this helps

I have tried but not succsesful:
by the code:
loadMovieNum("swf/start.swf", _Level3); loadMovieNum("swf/start.swf", _Level2.rahmen_mc1);
--> if I clicked of the button and the code is started. The swf be carried out but it started a new browser and it load here the swf file.
And also .swf or .mov or .flv is started in a new browser. If also by _Level3 or_Level2 or rahmen_mc1.
and by the code:
// is not started the application
What is my misstake?
that's not the correct way to use loadMovieNum. and you should use lower case in _level:
