Best audio format for Flash Video?

    bobmcinnis Level 1
Someone is doing a voiceover and she said she can send the file to me in whatever format I need it in. Would anyone know what the best one would be that would be the best quality and easiest to work with in Flash/After Effects? I'm on a Mac, btw.

      Thanks.

Generally there is no BEST when comes to sound. Based on the composition, you find
same compression gives different results so best is to just try variety.
With VOICE tho there are preferences, unlike with other sound files.

Not sure whether the same apply to Mac, excuse me if I provide you with inappropriate
          info.
Save it as ADPCM (adaptive pulse code modulation) or Mp3 9kbps as your second choice.
