    Trouble with Natural Language Search

I have a document that has the words "retirement payment options" in it. When I type the question "What are my retirement options?," I get the message "Sorry, we were unable to find a good answer for your question." I have tried using both the directional synonym and synonym groups to relate "retirement options," "retirement payment options," "options," and "payment options" together, with no success. Even when I type the exact title of the document in the search box and run the search, I come back with no results found.

What I would like to know is how the natural language search determines what topics to display.
