    Publishing Flash

    brananc1
      Hello all,
I am new to flash and have created a small game for my daughter. The problem is that I had to publish it in "projector". Now when she opens it on the computer it gives the warning that it is an unknown publisher and that it is an .exe file. Is there another way to publish it where it will act as a stand alone program with out it being an .exe file and will recognize me as the publisher?

      Thanks for your help.

never seen it before , even on really security paranoid Windows machines :)
there is no other way to make it standalone except exe. It has to be exe to
          run outside of browser environment.
In regard to the security, each program that protect your machine has some
ruling option where you can set or allow paths, folders and file names directly
to avoid all the warnings, try to dig around.
