    Hyperlink Panel

    timc1018
      Hi, New user to Dreamweaver CS4, and I cannot find the hyperlinks panel. The online help states to select Window >> Hyperlinks. Problem is that I do not see a Hyperlinks option under the Window heading.

          There isn't one.

          >The online help states to select Window >> Hyperlinks.

          Got a link to the page? Are you sure you were looking at online help for
          Dreamweaver and not another product?

          Problem is that I do not see
          > a Hyperlinks option under the Window heading.

          Hyperlinks are shown in the Link box in the Property Inspector.

            Select text, go to "Insert">"Hyperlink"

              Select the object you are making a link and press Control L

              or

              Select Modify/Make Link

              or

              Select Insert/Hyperlink

                Or just use the Property inspector, as John suggests.

                        Hey John, Are you on Pelican as John Walkers Workshop?

                        Yeah, I was looking at the online support for CS4. Actually from the Designer Workspace, in the upper right corner, I typed in "hyperlinks panel" and below is one of the help documents:

                        http://help.adobe.com/en_US/InCopy/6.0/WSF77FA161-6A0F-4bf9-B98C-4A70D70716D1.html#WS13729 E39-A7ED-401b-A803-FAEDA79B352F

                        It is also in the ADOBE CS4 manual "incopy_cs4_help.

                        Open the Hyperlinks panel

                        * Choose Window > Hyperlinks.
                        * Choose Window > Type & Tables > Cross-References.

                          OH, I should have mentioned what I am trying to do, I am trying to delete the hyperlink, and the "hyperlinks" button under insert does not have that option. That's when i did the search on hyperlinks under dreamwever CS4, and found the instruction for the Hyperlinks Panel.

                            That's not a help page for Dreamweaver. It's one for InCopy CS4 (whatever
                            that is!)....

                              OK I see it now! Incopy is another product. Sorry.

                              So, now, how do I remove or modify a hyperlink? The Hyperlinks button under Common does not have that option, and the CTRL - L on the hyperlink text does not have it either....
