those buttons respond to a rollOver but don't move in the direction of the mouse.
yeah, try moving from bottom to top and from left to right...
you'll see it...

you can use different parameters in a tween class depending upon whatever suits your needs. you can use the mouse's movement to determine some (or all) those parameters.
check out the tween class:
it's weird, it didn't work...
i paste this code in the first frame, and name "yourMovieClip" to my movieclip (button)...
i know what's wrong...
i changed it 4 yourMovieClip, and now it's ok... but this effect isn't like the site
that site uses an ease movement (not bounce) and there's scaling taking place. play with the tween class until you get the effect you want.
i used sothink swf decompiler and i got the .fla...
there's a long long code, bot only in the first and second frame...
i see a lot of numbers... mathematical operations...
well... the strucure is like this?
// code here
yes, you can duplicate those rollOver effects by using the tween class, various movieclip properties (_x,_y,_rotation,_xscale=_yscale) and some variability in the tween instance parameters.
uhm... i'll try it..
