      What support will be available if my company purchases Flex Builder?

      As far as using Flex Builder so far the questions have been answered quite well in this forum, however I have several issues with the actual Flex Framework that have gone unanswered in the general forum. I understand that the free SDK should only be supported through the community, but if we purchase Flex Builder will the support improve so that we can quickly move past issues?

      What type of support will be available regarding the actual Framework, email, phone, turn around time?

          There are paid support programs for Flex. You can find more information

          Have you looked at the examples in the Developer Center?
