    Stop getTimer() function

    influxxmedia
      Is there a way to stop the getTimer() function from checking the time and counting. I have a GT attached to a variable that is checked on every frame. Once the variable hits a certain time, the MC unloads and is no longer active. The GT function continues to count, using up unnecesaary resources. I would like to tell it to no longer get the time if possible

      TIA

          Not that I know of. It does what it does. ;)

          Your best bet, hear, is to stop calling the function when you no longer
          need it. Can you post your code?
