help adding xalan to cf server

I am trying to add the xalan.jar and assocated files to the coldfusion server 6.1. The file unzips in a folder heirarchy and I thought that the class and jar files had to all be on one level. I was just wondering if anyone had any experience and could give me some guidance or maybe step by step guidance?

Why Not just use the XmlTransform function in CFMX?

CFMX May already include this jar somewhere, but to add a jar to the server you don't need to unzip it, just add it to the lib directory, or put it anywhere and point the classpath to it in CF Administrator
