    FLV problems

I am encoding flv files on my mac and the files I am trying encode are .wmv files.
I am using Flash 8 encoder. When i try to encode just the .wmv files it says I do not have tht codec to do so.
I tried exporting the file as a .mov from quicktime but then I get no sound. I have tried exporting it from final cut and I do get sound but my canvas size is too big. So if anyone knows how to change teh canvas size in final cut or know how to easily get the .wmv files to convert to flv with sound included that would be great.

Go with the final cut version and resize it to the proper ratio using the Flash Video Encoder. Select the advanced options, then resize but uncheck to keep ratio the same, and put in new values for width and height.
