I would like to connect RoboHelp to a database so I only have to enter content once and it can be displayed in different section. Can this be done? Is there any conent management for RoboHelp?

Hi Stacie. I'm not sure what you are asking for here so perhaps a bit more information or an example is required. Are you saying you want some RH content to be used in two or more help files? If so, you can achieve this without connecting RH to a database. Just create a project with the common content and merge it into the help file TOC where its required.
