      What do you have set for the library-path in your config file? It looks like
      you are referencing a copy of the flex-config.xml file that has been placed
      in the bin directory?

      I would recommend:
      - if there is no need to load a specific config file then just call >
      mxmlc -file-specs {file}
      - if there is something that you want to specifically set, but don't need to
      reset every setting then in the custom config file just add the setting that
      you want different and call > mxmlc -load-config+=myconfig.config {file}
