Yes. That's the only site I've tried.
Search for all flash*.ocx in your Windows Directory.
Delete them ALL and try to reinstall.
Close all browsers etc. first.

There is a very fine line between "hobby" and
i had the same issue....but don't dispair there is a solution....
when i looked in my add/remove programs i noticed that there were two instances - one for adobe flash 9, the other for macromedia flash 8. I can only infer that it didn't remove the old version perhaps because it was from macromedia and there is some legal issue????.
anyway, i then removed both versions, restarted my machine went to a webpage that used flash, it prompted me for the download and voila - success :)
