ummmm, I've looked all over and have not found an answer. Does the code work for anyone els?

actually, your code should work if you just want the textfield to display the keys pressed. i'm not sure why you would do that instead of just using an input textfield, but it should work.1 person found this helpful

Could you tell me what I did wronge.
I would I display in the text box both the ascii and keycode in a format like this:
The Key code is: 72
The ASCII value is: 104

Okay I've gotten it to show in the text box with your code but how do you display the keystroke/Askii/Keycode in a format like this????:
The Key code is: 65
The ASCII value is: 97
The key pressed is: A
