    loading swf behind mask

    mercl
      Hi,
      I'm can't seem to load an swf (using loadMovie(); )
      inside a clip that is masked:
      loadMovie("test.swf", _root.containerClip);

      the containerClip is in a layer that is masked
      When i place an item (a box or something inside containerClip, it works fine....

      Thanx i.a.

          do you have any dynamic text or text in that loaded test.swf file ?
          Can you provide more details on the content ? Some thing simply can't
          be placed under the mask.

            Hi,
            As Urami said, timeline masks does not show every thing, I think it shows only what is under it in the time line, and does not affect dynamic text, loaded objects in the runtime...etc.

            Hope this help
