    displaying xml with proper fonts

I am using xml to display dynamic data through text boxes. I noticed that firefox renders the correct fonts while IE6 seems to completely ignore any fonts. Is there a way to force the display of the proper font on IE6?

Do those browsers are on the same computer?

If the font doesn't exists on the computer the plugin will substitute it. To make sure this doesn;t happen embed the font. The are few ways of doing that. The easy one is to embed the font for each textfield from the Embed button in the textfield property.

You could also embed a font in your library and refer to it with the textfield.embedFont property.

Check the embedFonts textfield property and the font textFormat method in the actionscript help for more info on this better way of embedding fonts.
