    Reverse Masking


      Im building a "Worms" style game that has terrain that can be damage by wepons ie. a rocket will create a hole in the ground. My solution was to use the setMask and duplicateMovieClip functions to position a shape_mc at the point of impact, hence removing a segment from the terrain an making it look damaged.

      Heres where my problem starts- flash hides everthing except the shape mask, is it possable todo the reverse ie. removing the mask shape from the terrain?
