    Not a flash user!

How do I replace an image that is under a flash movie? Is it just a matter of swapping the image in a library or do I have to alter the actual movie as well? I have created one new image for my company's website and am supplying it to a company that runs our site for us. The image is just a replacement for an out of date one - same dimensions and everything, just a different pic. On the site, it has some text that fades up when you roll over it with your mouse. The other company is saying that there is quite a bit of work involved in swapping the image over but that doesn't ring true with me. Can anyone advise me? The site is www.pitlochry.org.uk and the image to be swapped is the one with the silouette of a man with outstretched arms.

Well, it should simply be a matter of re-importing the image into the
library, unless something in your description is inaccurate :)

I would suggest asking them to detail the steps involved, and perhaps
posting back when they have done so...

Agreed. The only thing I can think of that would make this take more than a
second or two is if they lost their work file (FLA).
