    problem passing variables in IE

i am trying to send data to the a movie via the browser, and everything works just great on all browswers except IE. i have had several people look at the html to make sure i am not doing something stupid.. but it appears my problem is eluding everying..

all i need to do is pass a username and password, but i am having the worst luck..

i am dropping the code here, to see if anyone else can find anything i have botched up.. the username and passwords are being passed as sw8 and sw9
