    Fireworks Document for Print

    Level 1
I need to take a 600px wide graphic that I created for the web and turn it into a printable file at 300 dpi. How best to do this?

FYI ... this is what I did. I copied everything in the original .png file. Then created a new 300dpi file (a big one) and pasted the original into it, resampling it in the process.

      Is this how it's done?

In a program developed for print work, such as Adobe Illustrator.
Increasing the resolution in Fireworks doesn't work because your printer
will want a file developed in CMYK color space. Fireworks outputs RGB only.
