Hi and welcome to the ADDT forums !
1: Insert the data into the database, upload the image into the database
ADDT provides an "Upload and resize images" behaviour (resizing is optionally of course) that´s associated with an insert or update transaction -- you´ll basically just need to provide a file field in your insert/update form and attach this behaviour to it. However, images are not stored "into the database" as BLOB, but are stored within the server´s file system.
More information on this server behaviour is available in the ADDT help :: open the Control Panel and click the Help button. The related chapter is "Image manipulation : upload and resize images"
2: Email the data and the image
ADDT provides an "Send Email" behaviour (in several flavors BTW) which also allows attaching the file(name) that´s stored in a recordset.
More information on this server behaviour is available in the ADDT help as well -- the related chapter is "Send Mail : Send E-Mail"

I tried the insert behavior but the redirect page does not work.
I chose to redirect to thanks.php and it does nothing.
I think this software is broken.
I have added the insert record behavior.
It works now.
But I want to add a file field to the form - do I have to redo the insert record behavior again?
I have posted my problem in detail under "Multi Image upload problem"
as yet I have gotten no replies. Is this a problem encountered by others? (The insert transaction puts the category into the database correctly but the image url is simply the first image in the database repeated). I am sure there is a simple solution to this problem but I am totally stuck! (hate to admit it)
Any help greatly appreciated:

I don't use ADT, DMXZone has more than ADT will ever have.
Hello Robert Hynds
how are you?
actually your problem as you said is quite easy than you could think
what you want is:
to loop the images inserted into the database is that`s right...
well here is the solution:
1- first you have to create the recordset that retrieves the inserted records from the database
2- create a new *empty table* like this:
(one row + one cell + cellspacing = 0 + cellpading = 0)
3- use the show thumbnail server behavior to retrieve the image/images that already inserted into the database.
4- click to choose the pre made table that contains the image and apply the *Horizontal Looper Wizard* to this table and follow the instructions to accomplish that.
refresh the page and see the results you will found the number of images you choosed to loop are all viewed with out showing only the first inserted image...
Sorry that's not quite what I mean. My problem is... if I try to upload multiple images, the images are uploaded ok but only the first image in the list is printed to the database.
Upload to "Category" animals>cat.jpeg, dog.jpeg, bird.jpeg.
the database will read...
and not the expected...
