Doesn't work with the Upload Record Form Wizard either
I guess it does n`t matter if there is a button to the multi_upload transaction really.
all you have to do is like you did to include it with your insert form but it should customized say:
- the record you insert the images is have two image upload transaction
* the normal one "with the normal file field" for the main image.
* the multi_upload one for" the record detail images.
so the the detail images that use the multi upload trans. will have the recordID and then will create a new folder named with the recordID containing the "record details images...
*** here is an Live Example:
--- if you need more help please let me know
the problem is that the Multi_upload creates a form, and errors will result when trying to insert it with in other forms. Try adding it either at the top of the code before the form starts or afeter it end. Each requires a form submit trigger.
it should n`t create a new submit transaction how it could be?
any way if you would like upload your page to me and i`ll fix it for you.

thanks for your interest...
Angel and Waleed - thanks very much for your posts, and Waleed in particular for your offer.
In the meantime, I've re-thought what I was trying to do, and created a separate table for the images with a join table to my original table, which is probably what I should have been doing in the first place. Uploading the images individually is a bit more of a chore, but there's greater flexibility once it's done.
At least this forum is a little more active than the ASP equivalent - I've posted there in the past and heard nothing but the wind blowing tumbleweed along.
thanks for your nice comment, actually everyone discover or solve any problem faced him his duty is to tell the others how it solved, this way we build up this community.
the more i offer more help and support the more i got help and support too from the others...
Once I moved it outside the <form></form> boundaried it workded great.
so is this solved your problems (i hope so)...
but it works also if being inside the <form></form> tags too.
My Problem is I want to record the name of files in a field of my table, but with the new "Multiple image upload" is not possible or I don't know make it.
Please help me, because I 'm upload fine the files on server, but I don't get the files names when I put it.
ADDT provides this feature in two "flavors" :: one is the "Multiple Image Upload" server behaviour which doesn´t save the image names to a table, amd the other one is "Multiple Image Upload with Save to Database Wizard" which does just that
