First, every page has an include with the 'virtual' method
seems you´re getting this error because (that´s a rather rare case) PHP has been configured as Apache CGI module on your remote server -- "virtual" won´t work then, means you´ll have to change it to "include" yourself

I think the problem is caused by the fact you set up (in Site Definition interface) to have links relative "to site root". Instead, you need this set to be relative "to document".
I have it set "to site root" because I'm using templates and that's really the only way to get DW templates to work right with SSI's, etc... At least that what I've read.
It is because my host runs PHP as CGI.
So...I notice that some pages use 'virtual' and some use 'require_once' for includes. Is there a way to set the software to use one or the other?
Unfortunately, the extension will not handle this approach.
I guess I'll just have to comment out virtual and comment in the 'include' inclusion method.
Not a biggie.
