EMAIL LABELS NOT VALUES! I do not want to email FK's on my insert record email function

      OK,
I have a table that stores a fk integer value which relates to another ID of another table. Pretty standard. I have a dropdown in an insert record that gets the "labels" and then inputs the numeric "value" to my table. That is fine. When I add a "send email" function to my form the email will send the "value" which is numeric. This makes sense because this is what the send mail was designed to do, send values.

However.. what about the instances where people use FOreign Keys? and want to email the LABEL and not the VALUE? I dont want to have people read emails full of 1's 2's etc..

      How do I resolve?
      any help is greatly appreciated
