Can't log into Exchange

I go to the sign in page to log in with password and when page finishes loading, I get error that iexplore.com had to close. This is detailed message:

AppName: iexplore.exe AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: mshtml.dll
ModVer: 6.0.2900.3157 Offset: 00244e02

I still have IE 6 but have been able to access this in the past.

Any suggestions?

I am new to Photoshop. And know only basics of a computer.
Adobe sells currently Photoshop Elements 6 or CS3 only.
Can I purchase a simpler version to start with. Please help me find a correct and easy path to Photoshop learning.
