    Re-doing template

    ploughman1 Level 1
      Hi all,
I've got a site - www.grafikhaus.co.uk - which is template-based. I now want to tweak a few things on the template but, over time the original template has got "corrupted" (i.e. I get messages saying "Template not found" etc)so that when I add new pages now, I just copy an existing page a delete the content/rename etc.
The question is, is there a simple way of creating a new template and applying it to all the original pages?

Finally, I want to add a scrolling nav bar (so it scrolls down the page as the user goes down), the only one I've found is based on JavaScript ( http://www.scriptsearch.com/cgi-bin/jump.cgi?ID=1755) but keeps throwing up a scripting error on line 41. Any clues?

For that site, it will be simple.

They are much too cheesy for me. Sorry.

When you look in your DW local site, do you see a Templates folder there?
When you look in that folder, do you see a file called ghtemp.dwt?

If you do, let's work on reconnecting it. If you don't we'll have to take a
          different approach.

            Hi Murray,

yup, I've got ghtemp.dwt in my "Templates" folder, but how would you suggest I "re-connect" it to all (120-odd) pages?

It needs some cleanup before trying this. Can you upload it and post a link
              to it, please?
