I'd guess that if you put something into the Will Close event, since it isn't saving the document, it won't retain the changes. You'd probably have to add code to save your document into the Will Close function (although that's not recommended) if you want that to happen.
Just to give you brief idea what exactly I am trying to achieve:
We are migrating the data from old XFA forms to new XFA forms, below is the small piece of code for reference.
While executing this a TypeError: Invalid argument Type is encountered. The above code is working fine in reader 8 and above.
It would be great if you can suggest something to resolve this issue.
As timelines are crunched at my end, I am expecting a positive reply from you at earliest.

Be careful, though, if you do add code to save the document into the 'Will Close' function. You certainly wouldn't want a document that always saves itself when closing, at least not without some warning allowing you to cancel the save.
