    Help with Form Calculations Using Simplified Field Notations

      Im creating my first form using Acrobat Pro 8.1.2 for Mac 10.4 involving a series of calculations, and not being familiar with JavaScript, Im entering Simplified Field Notations. The only calculation that is not working is the last: Net_Due. Ive been unsuccessfully researching this on my own and finally called Adobe yesterday; they suggested that I post the challenge here.

      Five of the fields contain numbers entered manually; the others are calculations based on those and results of other simple calculations. Here are the fields and an explanation of each (the letters assigned are for reference only):

      A= ORIGINAL_CONTRACT_AMOUNT
      (number entered manually)

      B= APPROVED_CHANGE_ORDERS
      (number entered manually)

      C= REVISED_CONTRACT_AMOUNT
      (A + B, or ORIGINAL_CONTRACT_AMOUNT + APPROVED_CHANGE_ORDERS)

      D1= COMPLETED
      (number entered manually)

      D= TOTAL_WORK_COMPLETED_TO_DATE
      (C * D1) * .01, or (REVISED_CONTRACT_AMOUNT * COMPLETED) * .01

      E= LESS_PREVIOUS_BILLING
      (number entered manually)

      F= THIS_REQUISITION
      (D E, or TOTAL_WORK_COMPLETED_TO_DATE LESS_PREVIOUS_BILLING)

      G= RETAINED
      (number entered manually)

      H= %_RETAINED_THIS_REQUISITION
      (F * G, or (THIS_REQUISITION * RETAINED) * .01

      I= NET_DUE
      F H, or THIS_REQUISITION - %_RETAINED_THIS_REQUISITION

      The FIELD CALCULATION ORDER is set to:
      REVISED_CONTRACT_AMOUNT
      TOTAL_WORK_COMPLETED_TO_DATE
      THIS_REQUISITION
      %_RETAINED_THIS_REQUISITION
      NET_DUE

      As I said, the only one that is not working is I, or NET_DUE. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
