Our application generates multiple forms which are printed. For convenience, we attempted to provide a "print all" feature.
This feature will open each form one at a time in a browser and print the doc, close the browser and move on to the next form.
In the form1::ready event, we have tried this.print() as well as xfa.app.print. Both of these events print a blank page (so the doc is not really ready to be printed) or a partially filled form.
I understand that there are other (more efficient) ways to do this, but I would like to make it simple and invoke a print of the form immediately after it is ready to be printed (including form population using XFA)
You might find better luck getting an answer in the LC Designer forum but if you are putting this in a Designer document, where in the loading event are you putting the script? In the areas initialize, formReady, etc...?
