Hard to tell without seeing the file. Can you post it somewhere, or e-mail a copy?
The document contains sensitive information relative to my job and employer. So I'm not at liberty to post it.
A few other details as to the symptoms. Once I restart Acrobat and observe the calculated fields not working... if I go into the script and make a minor change (i.e. remove a space or carriage return) the script becomes live again in the document... until I save and restart Acrobat again. Also when viewing the Field Calculation Order, I am unable to select that menu item until I get the calculated fields recognized again.
Are you able to re-create the problem in a new form that would not contain sensitive information? You could post that.
You may also want to consider submitting a Developer Support case with Adobe. You can by them on a per-incident basis (you don't need to shell out for a contract for this 1 problem) and a kind of mini-NDA is included when you purchase, saying the staff will not release or redistribute any sensitive information obtained from the support.
Upon trying to re-create the problem, the new document works just fine. Weird. Not sure what could have caused the problem, but everything is working now. Thanks for you attention to this issue.
