Thank you for your response. Actually, I want to use VB.net to call the function and the version of InDesign I'm using is InDesign CS.
I've tried both your codes and found there were no such functions in my version of Indesign for calling.
Do you know how can I trigger the function in VB.net?

CS and CS2 don't have a method applyWorkspace (which rules out my method), and before CS3 (or CS4) you couldn't invoke menu items (which rules out Kasyan's method). So this looks difficult. Maybe there's a trick in VB but I don't know.

You might be able to do it using SendKeys, which simply sends keystrokes to an application. This would probably be awkward and fragile, but it might work.
