Only by adding another find/change operation. It's all about the sequence in which you do the operations, really. Think about how you would accomplish the same thing using the user interface to do your find/change, then implement that in the FindChangeByList.txt file.
I realize the order is key, so I'm assuming I should remove the bold formatting from superscripted text _before_ it gets to the local-bold character assignment. But what's the proper syntax to use to do that?
It depends on the font you're using, and all of the other attributes you're finding/changing, but the basic find/change would probably look something like:
...where <tab> is a tab character. (I've omitted the find/change options in the above.)
The names of the different font styles vary by font.
