You need to work with the geometric bounds property of the image and its frame (although you can make the adjustment to the image and then use the fit method).
myGBs = myImage.geometricBounds;
myGBs = myGBs + myWidth;
myGBs = myGBs + myHeight;
myImage.geometricBounds = myGBs;
Or something like that -- the math depends which anchor point you want to freeze. That code freezes the top, left corner.

Ok, solved, pretty simple.
But I've got a new question: how can I apply a clipping path to an image?
I have an image which has several Photoshop clipping paths, but I have to apply only the one named "Path1".
Maybe opening ESTK help then Indesign object model library and look after clipping path ?
